As a graduate of Construction Technology, you will learn to manage and plan technical administrative tasks in the construction industry. The study programme focuses on the planning process of construction projects as well as collaboration. We keep an eye on future developments in the industry using digital tools and focusing on sustainable construction. About the programme At the Construction Technology study programme, you will learn to plan building projects. You will get a broad understanding of the various building stages and learn to collaborate with architects, developers and tradesmen. The study programme takes two years to complete and consists of four semesters. The first three semesters are identical to the first three semesters at the Architectural Technology and Construction Management programme, which you are able to continue at if you wish. At the 4th semester you are able to work individually with your final project. Programme structure 1st semester: Residential building 2nd semester: Building up to 2½ storeys 3rd semester: Industry and prefabrication 4th semester: Internship and final project Career opportunities When you graduate, you are a building or construction technician. As a building technician you are the building site’s unifying leader. You will have the skills to discuss the general principles of construction with architects and developers.
