Strategy, Organisation and Leadership (MSc)

Description You will learn to combine theoretical insight with an understanding of the practical challenges of strategy, organisation and leadership. This will give you a better understanding of management in a world of continuous change, and of how actions at individual and group level relate to the broader picture of business strategies and society at large. MSc in Economics and Business Administration Strategy, Organisation and Leadership will have a strong focus on leading edge theories. These scientific theories are abstract, yet practical in the sense that they relate to organisations and their challenges.  You will look at the organisations from many different perspectives and thus have a more holistic approach when  working with theories in practice. The programme provides you  with the following competences/skills: Skills for dealing with complex and ambiguous organisational problems and situations Skills for redesigning, changing and improving the strategic and organisational resources for leadership A basis for creatively constructing, communicating and pursuing strategic vision Theoretical skills for positioning phenomena within relevant theories in organisations, strategy and leadership. Admission You are qualified for admission to the programme if you: Have a bachelor degree before study start Fulfil the language requirement before the application deadline Fulfil the academic requirements before study start Please note: Fulfilment of the entry requirements does not guarantee admission.
