Description two-year MSc in Human Resource Management prepares students for managing the people side of organisations. In today’s knowledge intensive society, employees are what constitute the competitive advantage in many organisations – if managed well. Students get a solid foundation in the management of human resources and other relevant topics such as organizational behaviour, strategy, communication and leadership. You will also learn about contemporary issues, for example on how to manage people in a more sustainable way. You will gain insight into how to manage the people side of organisations. You will be taught about human resource management, organisation, strategy, communication and leadership. You will get a solid foundation through mandatory courses while being able to explore your own interests through elective courses. The programme prepares you for an impactful career that extends beyond your first job.
